France – Architectural services for buildings – Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour réhabilitation et l’extension de la maison de quartier " la Baleine" de Marcouville à Pontoise

The present contract concerns the project management mission for the rehabilitation and extension programme of the Marcouville community centre "la baleine" in Pontoise. The missions are part of the detailed programme set out in the tender dossier. Attention: the present procedure is a restricted procedure, divided into two successive phases, a phase of analysis of the applications and a phase of analysis of the tenders:

- Phase 1 - application: submission of application dossiers. Only the application documents must be submitted by the tenderers.

- Phase 2 – tender: only the candidates invited to submit a tender by the purchaser following the application phase may transmit their tender (the date will be specified later).
