Sludge disposal for the MWB Gießen sewage treatment plant 2027/2028

Description: The Contractor (AN) will provide the disposal service under the acceptance conditions (qualities, limit values) of the disposal facility (incineration) as stated in the offer. The sludge of the contracting authority (AG) meets the acceptance conditions (qualities, limit values) of the disposal facility (incineration) as stated in the offer. The sludge will be thermally disposed of. The Contractor (AN) commits to providing a complete sludge disposal service consisting of loading, transport, weighing, necessary analyses and thermal disposal of the sludge as incineration. The complete sludge disposal service includes all logistical work associated with loading, transport, weighing and thermal disposal of the sludge, as well as the permits related to these activities and the complete documentation, in particular:

- obtaining all official permits for loading, transport, interim storage and thermal disposal of the sludge,

- complete documentation and annual proof of the disposed sludge quantities, stating the treatment facility/ies including disposal/disposal of residual materials (e.g. ashes),

- compliance with legal and official regulations,

- naming the subcontractors and

- stating the disposal facility/ies.

5: Collection capacities at the site - Removal cycle: up to 1 month can be stored if the collection point is cleared. If collected daily, a need of 2 to 3 tractor units with dump trucks (rear dump trucks) is required. At least 1,000 t per month minimum disposal quantity must be available from the client MWB.

6: Restrictions for transport vehicles Vehicle is tractor units with dump trucks (rear dump trucks): no restrictions on weight or height.

7: Loading possibilities (vehicles) at the site: available Telelader available and usable.

8: Restrictions for removal Monday — Thursday: 7.00 to 15.30; Friday: 7.00 to 12.00.

9: Information on the contractor's (AN) containers: Removal after loading by AN at their own discretion. The sludge is to be thermally disposed of. The Contractor (AN) will send the contracting authority (AG) an unrequested dispatch list of the sludge collection for the following calendar week via e-mail at the end of each calendar week. The Contractor (AN) guarantees loading and collection of the sludge on Sundays and public holidays.
