SKI is offering framework agreement 17.06 Consultancy Services for Clients. The framework agreement covers the provision of consultancy services for clients in connection with public construction and development projects. The services are covered by the service description for Consultancy Services for Clients (YBB) as well as an addendum on sustainability services and relate to consultancy in both the design and implementation phases. The framework agreement is offered in 5 sub-agreements divided by geography, each constituting an independent framework agreement: Sub-agreement 1: North Jutland Sub-agreement 2: Central Jutland Sub-agreement 3: South Jutland and Funen Sub-agreement 4: West Zealand Sub-agreement 5: East Zealand and Bornholm For each sub-agreement, a framework agreement will be awarded to up to 3 suppliers, who will be ranked as primary, secondary and tertiary supplier. Customers' allocation of delivery contracts will take place in accordance with this ranking and the more detailed terms and conditions, see appendix D Use of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement is a voluntary framework agreement, which means that all SKI customers listed in appendix A Customer List have the right, but not the obligation, to use the framework agreement. The framework agreement is expected to be used by a wide range of public contracting authorities with a need for consultancy services for clients in connection with construction and development projects, including tasks related to planning, coordination, quality assurance as well as time and cost management in the design and implementation phases.
