The services to be provided will cover the missions that fall under a SEPPT, as described in the Code du bien-être au travail. It is notably expected of the future provider that they contribute to monitoring the health of workers, i.e. promoting the promotion and maintenance of workers' health through the prevention of risks. This contract is not subject to allotment as Article II.3-2 of the Code du bien-être au travail stipulates that the employer can only call upon a single external service.
