Sweden – Sterilisation, disinfection and hygiene devices – Autoklav med integrerad ånggenerator

Karolinska intends to procure one (1) new factory-made Autoclave for liquid sterilization and an option for two (2) additional new factory-made Autoclaves for liquid sterilization. Autoclaves for liquid sterilization should be able to be depreciated over a period of 36 months from the contract start date. The procurement concerns equipment for autoclaving liquids and dry goods for the Substrate Unit, Karolinska University Hospital. The purpose of the procurement is to replace an old autoclave with a new, operationally safe one that will function in our laboratory operations, which produce substrates and solutions for laboratory use. It is therefore of utmost importance that the autoclave and its accessories are robust, easy to maneuver and user-friendly. The autoclave will be used by laboratory technicians in daily work and the number of autoclaving processes is estimated to be 700 per year with a maximum of 4 processes per day. The new autoclave should be accommodated in the same place as one of the operation's existing autoclaves and be of the single-door model. The autoclave shall be connected to existing electricity, compressed air, water (both purified water and tap water are available) and central steam. The autoclave shall be delivered fully functional (without restrictions), including any authorization code/electronic keys for performing service. The dismantling and disposal of the existing autoclave is also included in the assignment.
