As part of its reorganization, Enedis has decided to relocate its agency, currently located at 4 avenue du Pacifique - 91 940 Les Ulis, which houses "tertiary", "intervention" and "storage" activities, to a new site offering more suitable built and outdoor surfaces for its activities and corporate mission challenges. The geographical area of search concerns the communes of Les Ulis (91), Villebon-sur-Yvette (91) and Villejust (91). Within this territory, the area of the Courtabœuf business park is targeted (see Annex 1). Enedis is therefore looking for: a mixed-use building (storage and tertiary) with an outdoor storage area to be leased under a BEFA to meet its specific needs, which will be detailed in the forthcoming consultation documents. Work to fit out the premises for Enedis will be carried out, in accordance with the forthcoming consultation documents, and before the building delivery date, which constitutes the effective date of the BEFA.
