Supply of medical gases for the Nagyatádi Kórház under a mixed-term framework agreement for procurement of services, as follows: 1. Part: liquid oxygen 52 000 m3 in one delivery, with cylinder installation; 2. Part: medical gas in cylinders 380 units and 4 m3 in total, in six deliveries, with cylinder rental. The above quantities cover the Contracting Authority's 12-month requirement. The Contracting Authority is entitled to unilaterally apply a -30% quantitative deviation for the quantities indicated for each part (per product) during the validity period of the contract. If the quantitative deviation results in a non-integer value for the indicated quantity, the Contracting Authority will proceed according to the general rules of rounding. In the event of a quantitative deviation, the winning tenderer is not entitled to claim any compensation. In the case of Part 1: The quantitative deviation does not apply to cylinder installation. In the case of Part 2: The quantitative deviation does not apply to the rental fee for the packaging (cylinder).
