Delfland has in 2026 carried out initial measures at a first group of 10 locations to implement the aforementioned decision. To scale up the reduction of densities of river crabs, a Framework Agreement is now being put out to tender, on which various types of measures can be requested. Scope of the Framework Agreement The tender aims to conclude a Framework Agreement for the provision of the following four categories of services: 1. Research and Advice (R&A); 2. Organisation, Coordination and Project Management (OCPM); 3. Interception, Transport and Disposal (ITD); 4. Innovation. Services for the protection of approximately 59 locations in NEZ areas.
