Conceptualisation and implementation of the interdisciplinary seminar offering (Q-Seminars) at BLB NRW

The required service relates to all employees of BLB NRW. The basis for the seminar offering is the competency model (see annex to the service description), which is based on the three competency areas of Together, Success and Potential. The three competency areas are assigned competency factors (a-d). For each competency area, 8 to 12 seminars should be offered, which contribute to the competency factors (a-d). For each seminar, 3 dates per year are to be offered, a total of approx. 110 seminars per year, with demand fluctuating slightly depending on the topic. A balanced offering of 1- and 2-day seminars should be provided, which serve both basics and in-depth study.
