C-smart acts as a purchasing centre and wishes to conclude a non-exclusive framework agreement with one contractor for the supply, installation and operation of an integrated end-to-end solution for enforcement based on (ANPR-)camera technology. The framework agreement includes, among other things, the supply and installation of (ANPR-)camera infrastructure and related components, as well as software solutions for camera management, detection and processing of infringements, administrative and/or police follow-up, fine processing and collection. In addition, the contract includes supporting services such as configuration, training, maintenance, support, monitoring and integrations with existing systems of buyers.
