The buyer acts as the coordinator of a Framework Agreement concluded between Saint-Nazaire Agglomération - la CARENE and the Towns of Saint-Joachim and Saint-Nazaire. The consultation is divided into lots. This is a multi-operator framework agreement for all lots (maximum 3), giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders with a maximum amount over the duration of the contract of 2 520 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT. The present contract concerns the carrying out of additional investigations on the private and public domains of the contracting authorities.
