The contract is a service contract pursuant to § 7 BVergG 2018 and concerns the services of construction management and construction supervision in connection with the REDEVELOPMENT AND EXPANSION OF THE SKI ACADEMY SCHLADMING. The contract includes the following performance phases: - Conceptual Design Phase - Design Phase - Construction Phase - Warranty Management after Completion. The service "Local Construction Supervision" (LM.OA LPH 8) is to be offered as an option.
