The subject of this procurement procedure with a preliminary selection contest is the award of the planning service for open spaces for the general renovation of the Niederrhein-Therme Mattlerbusch in Duisburg. A staged planning contract is being tendered. The bidder is initially to provide the basic services of phases 1 to 2 and the associated special services, with the contracting authority reserving the right to award further phases of the contract in stages. For the further phases of the contract, all necessary special services are to be provided by the bidder, as and when ordered. In addition, the contractor must already offer as special services for the project the creation of a rendering, the creation of a site mass model and the creation of a tree register, each for a lump sum, with the award of these services initially being optional. The bidder must also offer all further services of phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI scope of services for landscape design. The contracting authority is entitled to call up the further phases of the contract and special services by unilateral written request at the offered conditions.
