France – Refuse and waste related services – Collecte et transport du verre issu des colonnes d'apport volontaire

This consultation concerns the award of a public service contract for the collection and transport of household glass from voluntary drop-off columns installed in the territory of the Communauté de Communes de la Dombes (CCD), within the framework of its competence in the public service of waste management and similar waste. The contract covers, in particular: • the organisation and planning of the emptying of glass sorting columns distributed across all 36 communes of the CCD; • the loading and transport of the collected glass to the takers designated by the CCD; • the management of overflows and the immediate cleanliness of the surroundings of the columns; • the traceability of the tonnages collected and the transmission of the data necessary for the monitoring of the service. The exact number of points to be collected may change during execution (creation, removal or relocation of columns) without this modifying the nature of the contract. PLACE OF EXECUTION OF THE SERVICES The execution perimeter includes all voluntary drop-off columns for glass, aerial and buried, installed in the territory of the 36 member communes of the CCD at the date of notification of the contract, as well as those that would be installed or moved during execution.
