The Evangelische Krankenhaus Westerwald gGmbH plans to introduce a fully integrated, location-spanning financial accounting system with invoice workflow and fixed asset accounting for the locations of Dierdorf, Selters and Hachenburg. The aim is to digitalise and standardise the previously non-uniform and predominantly manual processes, and to create interfaces with medical controlling and central procurement in Limburg. The existing E+S software is technically outdated and causes considerable manual effort, particularly with bank statements, salary bookings, invoice approvals and fixed asset accounting. The new software is intended to create synergies, use resources more efficiently and build a future-proof common system landscape.
