France – Painting work – Travaux de peinture pour la maintenance des réseaux ferrés (Métro – RER), et dans les bâtiments de la RATP

This consultation concerns the execution of painting works as part of the maintenance of rail networks (Metro - RER) operated by the RATP and its subsidiaries, and in the buildings of the RATP over a period of 60 months. For information and for indicative purposes only (this may change depending on the execution): ­ Average number of orders per year: 137; ­ Average order value: 12K€; ­ Median order value: 5K€; ­ Majority of orders less than or equal to 20K€. The works subject to this contract are to be carried out during the day and at night with a respective distribution of 10% and 90%. These works mainly concern the following elements: - Plastering and painting work on masonry. - Application of paint on ferrous metals; The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Technical Particular Conditions (CCTP), and the constraints of execution in the Particular Conditions of Execution (CCPR). The framework agreement set up includes a requirement for results, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP. The contract, which is the subject of this consultation, is conducive to a partnership with the protected and adapted work sector (EA or ESAT) and/or the economic activity insertion sector (EI, ACI, ...). It is brought to the attention of the candidate that the assessment of their offer will also take into account this type of partnership, provided that it contributes to the performance of the services provided for in the contract. The assessment criteria will be indicated in the DCE.
