Poland – Angiography devices – Zakup i dostawa ANGIOGRAFÓW z wyposażeniem – 3 kpl. w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia pn. „Wyposażenie Zintegrowanego Bloku Operacyjnego w Wojewódzki, Szpitalu Zespolonym w Kielcach”

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly, installation and commissioning of an angiograph along with dedicated equipment and software, as well as training for the staff of the Purchaser. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the following stages: Stage I – delivery and assembly by the Contractor of the Device along with the equipment. Stage II – cooperation by the Contractor with the Purchaser in obtaining all necessary acceptances, opinions, agreements and permits, in particular those resulting from building, sanitary, radiological protection regulations and other relevant regulations. As part of the implementation of Stage II, the Purchaser expects to obtain a positive decision allowing the use of the Operating Room and the Device, and then, after obtaining the appropriate decision, to commission the device. Stage III – implementation of specialist training for the indicated staff of the Purchaser and performance of obligations arising from the warranty, guarantee on the device.
