France – Construction work for engineering works except bridges, tunnels, shafts and subways – Marché de travaux de Génie-Civil et VRD terrassements pour la création d'une chaufferie biomasse à Cognin pour le réseau de chaleur urbain R3C

The present contract comprises the design, construction of civil engineering works, foundations, earthworks and VRD (Roads and Diverse Networks), carpentry, waterproofing, roofing, and the optional supply of a weighbridge. The works also include second fix, notably joinery and locksmithing for an office area. The main works and buildings to be constructed as part of this operation are a biomass boiler with storage silo for the heat network operated by R3C. For information, the financial volume of the works would be distributed according to the following assumptions: MAIN WORKS: 80%; VRD/EARTHWORKS: 20%.
