Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Go4Wohnen - Erftstadt "Wohnen am Campus" - Verkehrsgutachten

This procurement procedure aims to commission a specialist traffic planning and engineering firm to prepare a traffic impact assessment to support the "Wohnen am Campus" land-use planning procedure in Erftstadt-Liblar. The traffic impact assessment will provide early specialist input for the land-use planning process and must be submitted as a material consideration. The objective is to clearly determine, assess, and demonstrate the capacity of the existing and planned transport network to accommodate the traffic impacts of the planned "Wohnen am Campus" neighbourhood development in Erftstadt-Liblar. The access structure proposed in the master plan is to be reviewed from a traffic planning perspective and optimised if necessary.
