Poland – Linear accelerators – Postępowanie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego o wartości powyżej 10 000 000 euro na dostawę akceleratora wraz z pracami adaptacyjnymi dla Wojewódzkiego Wielospecjalistycznego Centrum Onkologii i Traumatologii im. M. Kopernika w Łodzi.

The subject of the contract is the supply of an accelerator together with adaptation works. In particular, the subject of the contract includes: a) inventory of rooms, structures, installations, equipment, technological equipment and IT environment to the extent necessary for the correct design and execution of the task; b) preparation of a complete, coordinated multi-disciplinary design and execution documentation, obtaining the required agreements, opinions, decisions and acceptances as well as providing author supervision; c) execution of Adaptation Works in the accelerator bunker and related rooms, including construction, structural, finishing, electrical, sanitary, ventilation, cooling, telecommunication, fire protection, BMS, SSP, LAN, CCTV, intercom, signalling and radiological safety installations, as well as works related to the bunker doors; d) supply, delivery, installation, assembly, connection, configuration, commissioning, calibration and handover for operation of the Accelerator together with complete equipment and software; e) supply, installation and commissioning of software, licenses, interfaces, modules and other elements explicitly required in the OPZ for the integration of the Accelerator with existing Systems and the Procuring Entity's environment; f) execution of integration, performance, dosimetric, acceptance and safety tests, including tests of the Accelerator's cooperation with existing Systems; g) preparation of the radiological protection project and shielding calculations, execution of measurements and tests, provision of documentation necessary to obtain the required permits as well as cooperation with the competent authorities and authorized experts; h) conducting training for medical personnel, medical physicists, technicians, administrators and technical personnel, in accordance with the OPZ and the accepted training plan; i) provision of warranty, guarantee, service, software updates for the Accelerator and components supplied under the Contract, spare parts, support and documentation to the extent specified in the Contract and the offer; j) execution of all auxiliary, repair, restoration, maintenance and organizational works necessary to achieve the complete result.
