The Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale des Bouches du Rhône, represented by its President, is conducting this consultation to subscribe to a group insurance contract, with optional membership, in accordance with the provisions of article 26, paragraph 5 of law no. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 and articles L 1411 and following of the Code des Assurances, covering the financial risks associated with the statutory social protection of the territorial staff of the local authorities and public institutions of the Bouches du Rhône, as well as its own agents, which constitutes the entire market.
