With the WorkSphere project, RheinEnergie AG aims to consistently align the IT workplace with a Cloud-First approach. The technological basis is a modern, cloud-based Microsoft-365 architecture that enables a dynamic, scalable and always up-to-date workplace. Standardised cloud services, automation and intelligent services are intended to contribute to faster provisioning and change processes, an improved user experience, as well as more stable and cost-efficient operating models. The present tender serves to select a suitable and established IT service provider on the market who will provide, operate and continuously develop the services within the framework of an integrated Managed-Service approach, in order to sustainably ensure the efficiency, quality, availability and future viability of the digital workplace.
