The contracting authority uses the Dali software, primarily for the categorisation of medicines, medical devices, dietary foods and special medical materials (hereinafter referred to as “Dali”), as well as the software primarily for the purposes of the National Pharmaceutical Register (hereinafter referred to as “NFR”), (Dali and NFR together hereinafter referred to as “Supported IS”); The subject of the contract is the provision of a licence for the Supported IS, the provision of operational support and service, and the provision of additional IT services, particularly in the improvement and development of the Supported IS.
