France – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – SAD - Maintenance multimarque des appareils elevateurs, escaliers mecaniques et prestations associees

The present consultation aims to establish a SAD for the award of specific Contracts for the following purposes: to provide a regional or sub-regional maintenance service including maintenance and preventive and corrective maintenance, rescue and alarm services for hydraulic and electric elevators, patient lifts, goods lifts, stair lifts for disabled people and elevators/platforms for people with reduced mobility-EPMR, dumbwaiters, document lifts, lifting tables/lifts/dock levellers, escalators and moving walkways, and any apparatus ensuring the automatic vertical or horizontal transport of people and/or loads, generically referred to as "appliances or lifts" under the procedure, of any brand and associated services; to meet the needs of the Buyers, as defined in the present consultation rules, notably by using a separate contract when the offer resulting from the Resah framework agreement covering identical services does not satisfactorily meet their specific situation, this framework agreement being, at the date of establishment of the present SAD, identified under the number 2025-R025. In order to guarantee the exclusivity granted to the holder of the aforementioned framework agreement and the right of the Resah to implement alternative solutions in accordance with the exhaustive nature of the purchasing centre, the holder of this framework agreement may not be a candidate for the present SAD for the entire duration of its validity, i.e. eight (8) years, in accordance with the contractual provisions binding it to the Resah under the relevant framework agreement.
