The State Building and Property Office Neubrandenburg has been commissioned by the State of M-V to prepare an EW-Bau for the comprehensive renovation of Building 2 of the University of Applied Sciences in Güstrow. As part of a feasibility study, it was determined that the construction measure will be carried out in three construction phases. To ensure the continuation of teaching operations and the provision of seminar rooms, interim accommodations in the building at Goldberger Straße 8 and in the container facilities A1 and A2 will be utilised. Contribution to EW-Bau: 05/2027, Construction start: 06/2028, Completion 10/2031, Planning requirements: high (ALG1.5), average (ALG1.4) Gross costs (01-2026): KG440 1,200,000 Euro, KG450 424,000 Euro.
