Norway – Application service providers – Procurement of a case and archive system for cloud service.

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of a case and archive system. The system shall be provided as a cloud service. The tenderer shall be responsible for upgrading the system and any integrations, security, operation and maintenance of the system. The system shall contribute to: efficient case handling effective work processes with an option for automation journaling and archiving in accordance with legislation' inspections in the company ́s documents to safeguard information security and privacy.
