France – Technical building-inspection services – Contrôles règlementaires des installations techniques de l’Université de Rennes

The consultation concerns the following service: Regulatory Inspections of the technical installations of the Université de Rennes - Place of performance of the services: Sites of Rennes, IUT de Lannion and ENSATT de Lannion, IUT de Saint-Brieuc, IUT de Saint-Malo, Station Biologique de Paimpont, Station experimentale de Monterfil according to the Particular Technical Specification Book (CCTP n° 2026036AOS). Open European tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Code, Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 for the award of five separate ordinary contracts: Lot 1 Electrical Installations and Fire Safety Systems (SSI), Lot 2 Thermal and Fluid Installations, Lot 3 Equipment subject to the Pressure Equipment Directive, Lot 4 Mechanical and Lifting Equipment, Lot 5 Work Equipment and Machines, according to the breakdown of Article 3.2 of the tender specifications. The contracts will commence on 1 January 2027. Variants for alternative services are allowed. Candidates may propose additional service variants at their own initiative.
