Romania – Checking and testing apparatus – „Echipamente destinate cercetării fundamentale în domeniul automotive – partea I”

Supply of equipment for fundamental research in the automotive field – part I necessary for the project “SENTHICOM - UTCN (SENse, THInk and COMmunicate), Code 10.PI/I4/C9’’. The project is funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan PNRR, Pillar III. Technical specifications that indicate a particular origin, source, production, a special process, a brand or trade mark, a patent, a manufacturing licence are mentioned only for easy identification of the type of product and do not have the effect of favouring or eliminating certain economic operators or certain products, these specifications will be considered as having the mention ”or equivalent” except where otherwise specified. The following products will be procured: Lot 1. Integrated system for generation, emulation and analysis of automotive and RF/mmWave radar signals - 1 unit Lot 2. High-performance computing system - 1 unit Lot 3. Automated data acquisition and real-time measurement system RT NI PXIe + RT NI PXIe Modules - 1 unit Lot 4. Oscilloscope for signal analysis: 8 channels, 2 GHz, software update, 8 passive probes (RT-ZP11), 8 passive probes (RT-ZP1X), 8 8 GHz passive probes (RT-ZZ80), 2 xLogic probes (RT-ZL04) - 1 unit Lot 5. Programmable and evaluation System on Chip, of the type AMD Zynq 7000 SoC ZC702 or equivalent - 5 units Lot 6. Large Language Models - 1 unit The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information additional in the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days.
