Germany – Police uniforms – Lieferung von Sommerbekleidung Radfahrstaffel (Shortsleeve, Sommerhose)

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the LZN's operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on additional tasks for public-law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration, as well as for private-law companies fully owned by the public sector (see § 3 Operating Instructions). Within this remit, the contract involves concluding a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 VgV) for the supply of summer clothing (short-sleeved shirt, summer trousers) for the Radfahrstaffel for the cooperation of the northern German coastal states of the police, Austrian police, municipal authorities and other customers within Germany (see attachment "Contracting Authority").
