The subject of the tender procedure is the supply of reagents, control materials and consumables (hereinafter referred to as the goods) with the lease of an analyser for POCT tests and a refrigerator (hereinafter referred to as the lease item), in accordance with the assortment and quantities specified in the Price List Form, Annex 2 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Offer Form, Annex 1 to the SWZ, and the Technical Parameters, Annex 1a to the SWZ. 2. In accordance with Article 139 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then qualify the Contractor, whose tender is highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the Contractor carrying out a site visit.
