Delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of „МБАЛ-Самоков” EOOD, Part 2 for 35 separate items for a period of 24 months based on preliminary written requests for the needs of the treatment process in „МБАЛ-Самоков” EOOD, pursuant to the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act and in accordance with the conditions of the Public Procurement Act and the participation documentation. The order contains 35 (thirty-five) separate items with the specified Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) code and International Nonproprietary Name (INN). The pharmaceutical products, which are the subject of this order, included in the separate items of the notice for the opening of the procedure for awarding this public procurement, are specified in separate items and are detailed by pharmaceutical forms and the necessary forecast quantity in the attached „Technical Specification“ document. Note: The quantities of oral pharmaceutical forms are in packages. All quantities specified in the specification are forecast, i.e. the Contracting Authority is not obliged to order the entire agreed quantity, but has the right to order quantities according to its actual needs.
