Belgium – Cleaning services – Nettoyage du district du centre

Cleaning of SNCB buildings in the Centre district. This includes both public spaces (stations, stops, etc.) and non-public spaces (offices, etc.). This does not include maintenance and repair workshops for rolling stock. This contract is divided into two (2) lots:

Lot 1: non-public spaces (office buildings, etc.) for an estimated value of 20.065.758 EUR for a duration of 6 years and 4 months.

Lot 2: public spaces (stations, stops, etc.) for an estimated value of 28.937.388 EUR for a duration of 6 years and 4 months.

The contract has a maximum duration of 6 years and 4 months. The planned award notice for the contract is set for 1 May 2027 and the planned start date of the contract is 1 September 2027. The lots may be awarded separately. It is possible to apply for multiple lots. The areas to be cleaned and the quantities that will be included in the inventory are estimated quantities based on the current contract. They are in no way binding on the SNCB, which may modify them during the contract. The framework agreement does not grant exclusivity to the contractor.
