- Providing regular and periodic cleaning services;

- Carrying out additional (specialist) tasks on demand;

- Providing window cleaning;

- Refilling sanitary items and rectifying minor disruptions to the sanitary dispensers;

- Deploying cleaning staff of the Contracting Authority via an sub-management structure.

The contract is divided into three lots. Within the lots are various locations, including schools and childcare facilities. The scope of the contract concerns 27 locations spread over three lots. Lot 1 concerns schools in the municipality of Bergeijk & Waalre; consisting of 16,212 m² of cleaning maintenance and 8,240 m² of glass. Lot 2 concerns schools in the municipality of Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende; consisting of 9,056 m² of cleaning maintenance and 5,314 m² of glass. Lot 3 concerns schools in the municipality of Valkenswaard; consisting of 13,495 m² of cleaning maintenance and 6,537 m² of glass.
