Switzerland – Building construction work – Kindergarten Palmenweg, Ausschreibung BKP 230 Elektroanlagen

On plot 801, adjacent to plot 39 at Palmenweg 2 in 8274 Tägerwilen, a two-storey kindergarten is being constructed. The existing building will be demolished and replaced by a new construction, which comprises two above-ground storeys in timber construction and a basement in solid construction. The basement will be fully embedded in the earth and forms the basis for the load-bearing structure of the new building. The upper storeys consist of a timber frame structure with frames in a regular grid, which are designed as single or double frames depending on the static requirements. The combination of solid and timber construction results in a sustainable, functional and architecturally high-quality building for kindergarten operations. Additionally, a PV system will be installed on the roof.
