Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Objektplanung Wärmepumpengebäude Betriebsgelände Hauffstraße

No deadline given

Description

The FairNetz GmbH plans to construct a wastewater heat pump and a large heat storage facility as part of the project to decarbonise the Reutlingen district heating. To decouple heat generation and heat consumption over time, a large heat storage facility with a storage volume of approximately 5,000 m³ is to be constructed as a further measure. This enables the generating plants (heat pump and CHP units) to operate in a manner that is as electricity-optimised and market price signal-oriented as possible. The plant engineering for operating the wastewater heat pump (heat pump, heat exchanger, transformers, pipelines, electrical engineering, MSR technology, ventilation/air conditioning/heating and sanitary installations) will be housed in the heat pump building. However, this plant engineering is not part of this invitation to tender. The connecting line between the site and the sewage treatment plant, as well as the pump building on the sewage treatment plant site and its plant engineering, will also be tendered separately. This invitation to tender covers only the planning of the heat pump building, including its foundation (excavation and disposal of soil and foundations). As part of this invitation to tender, an office for the project planning (scope of services for buildings and interiors) according to § 34 HOAI (basic services of LPH 5 - 8 as well as certain special services) is to be sought.
