Cyprus – Road construction works – ΜΕΛΕΤΗ ΚΑΙ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΤΟΥ ΑΥΤΟΚΙΝΗΤΟΔΡΟΜΟΥ ΔΕΝΕΙΑΣ - ΑΚΑΚΙΟΥ - ΑΣΤΡΟΜΕΡΙΤΗ - ΚΠΣ/19/2025/ΜΚ(Α)

The project concerns the complete study and construction of the Deneia – Akaki – Astromeritis Motorway, with 4 traffic lanes, of a total length of approximately 18 km. It will connect the Larnaca – Kokkinotrimithia Motorway with the Astromeritis – Evrychou Motorway and will pass south of the villages of Akaki, Peristerona and Astromeritis. The typical cross-section includes 4 traffic lanes 3.5 m each with a central island and asphalted shoulders on either side, 3.0 m wide. The construction works, among others, include 4 grade-separated junctions, the completion of an existing grade-separated junction, earthworks and asphalt works, drainage works including works for the construction of a closed stormwater drainage system, modifications to existing services, installation of new services, installation of road lighting, culverts, overpasses and underpasses, retaining walls and orthogonal drains.
