Croatia – Consultative engineering and construction services – Aglomeracija Vodice Tribunj Srima - Usluge upravljanja projektom

The subject of the procurement are the services of project management and legal support in the implementation of the project "Improvement of the water and sanitation infrastructure of the Vodice-Tribunj-Srima 2 agglomeration". The services which are the subject of this Contract can be summarised in two main groups of activities: 1. Legal support and advisory services to the Contracting Authority during the preparation and implementation of the Project, more specifically described in the project assignment. 2. Project management services, more specifically described in the project assignment. The legal support and advisory services and project management within the subject contract include services of advising and supporting the Contracting Authority in the implementation of the following Project activities: 1. Contract 1: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - extension of the sewerage and water supply network, a construction contract concluded in accordance with the Conditions of Contract known as FIDIC Red Book, first edition 1999. estimated procurement value of 65.384.156,00 EUR excluding VAT 2. Contract 2: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - extension of the wastewater treatment facilities, a construction contract concluded in accordance with the Conditions of Contract known as FIDIC Yellow Book, first edition 1999. estimated procurement value of 11.750.000,00 EUR excluding VAT 3. Contract 3: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - supervision services for the extension of the sewerage and water supply network and the extension of the wastewater treatment facilities, a services contract estimated procurement value of 2.204.000,00 EUR excluding VAT. 4. Contract 4: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - services for ensuring the promotion and visibility of the project, a services contract estimated procurement value of 100.000,00 EUR excluding VAT. 5. Contract 5: Procurement of equipment for the modernisation of the Jaruga water intake, a supply contract estimated procurement value of 3.750.000,00 EUR excluding VAT.
