The contract is for the collection, transport and delivery of packages containing paper securities issued by the Agence Nationale pour les Chèques-Vacances (ANCV) throughout the metropolitan territory (excluding Corsica) from one or more predetermined sites to recipients designated by the ANCV. These services must begin on 1 January 2027, or on the date of contract notification if the contract is notified after 1 January 2027. The contract will be set up as soon as it is notified. The contract will end on 31 December 2028. It is renewable two (2) times, for a period of twelve (12) months. No other renewal of the contract may take place. The renewal will be tacit. The contractor may not object to the renewal of the contract. In the event of non-renewal, the Contractor may not claim payment of any compensation. At the end of the last renewal, no new orders may be placed under the contract. If the contracting authority does not wish to renew the contract, it must take an express decision not to renew, which it notifies to the contractor at least 90 calendar days before the contract's expiry date or a subsequent renewal. The contractor may not object to the non-renewal of the contract. The estimated contract value over the total duration of four (4) years, excluding energy product costs related to road transport (diesel), is 1,5 million euros Excl. VAT. The maximum contract value over the total duration of 4 years, including energy product costs related to road transport (diesel), is 2,5 million euros Excl. VAT.
