Context and objectives of the contract: SNCB wishes to acquire a permanent solution for protecting isolated workers, based on a smartphone application, to ensure the safety of employees exposed to risky work situations or operating in isolation. The present contract aims to replace a temporary solution currently in place, of the DATI type, implemented in a short-term context.
