The new detailed development plan for Säterigatan in the Lundby district of Hisingen has come into legal force. The aim is to create a dense, cohesive development to better connect Norra Älvstranden with the rest of Lundby. Framtiden Byggutveckling AB has acquired Sannegården 90:3 (plot A-D), all of which cover approximately 450 apartments. This procurement concerns plot C, with an option to also carry out plot D. There are also options for underground garages in each plot.
