This tender concerns the acquisition of a complete database management software solution, from design to deployment, for:

- The creation of a data entry form for the 19th-century fire registers,

- The import of the entered data from the 19th-century fire registers into the RDF graph,

- The creation of a visualisation tool for the 18th- and 19th-century fire registers,

- The creation of an automatic text tagging software tool (text, XML and XML-TEI formats),

- The import of the tagged data into the RDF graph,

- The creation of a visualisation tool for assembly and committee registers,

- The creation of a cross-functional visualisation tool for all data (both qualitative and quantitative) from the RDF graph (18th-century revenues, expenditures and fires, 19th-century revenues and fires, 18th- and 19th-century committees and assemblies, press corpus, memories and testimonies processed in Canada).
