The subject of the order is the development of a multi-variant and multi-sectoral concept for a 1.7 km double-track tram line, which is to connect the existing tram line from Bronowice with the existing tram line from Cichy Kącik, on the section between the existing tram-bus loop Cichy Kącik and the intersection of ul. Piastowska with ul. Podchorążych/ul. Bronowicka, and the preparation of materials necessary to submit an application for a decision on environmental conditions (DUŚ) and to obtain the final DUŚ decision for the resulting variant on behalf of the Contracting Authority. 2. In addition, as part of the subject of the Order, a new tram-bus loop is to be designed on the site of the existing southern car park (from ul. 3 Maja) at Synerise Arena Kraków (Stadion Miejski im. Henryka Reymana) or in the area of the intersection of ul. Buszka with ul. Piastowska. 3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to develop a minimum of 2 variants of the tram line route based on the routes proposed by the Contracting Authority: 1) Variant I – a line leading from the existing tram-bus loop Cichy Kącik along ul. Piastowska to the intersection with ul. Podchorążych / ul. Bronowicka and a new tram-bus loop on the site of the existing southern car park (from ul. 3 Maja) at Stadion Miejski im. Henryka Reymana (Synerise Arena Kraków). 2) Variant II – a line leading from the existing tram-bus loop Cichy Kącik along ul. Piastowska to the intersection with ul. Podchorążych / ul. Bronowicka and a new tram-bus loop in the area of the intersection of ul. Buszka with ul. Piastowska. The order is implemented as part of investment task no. ZIM/ST6.2/20 entitled “Construction of the Cichy Kącik – Azory tram line”. 4. The subject of the order has been divided into the following stages: Stage I – development of a multi-variant and multi-sectoral concept together with the preparation of materials necessary to submit an application and submission on behalf of the Contracting Authority of an application for the issuance of a DUŚ decision confirmed by notification from the competent authority of the commencement of administrative proceedings for the issuance of the DUŚ decision; Stage II – obtaining a DUŚ decision together with the submission of an application for the decision to be given immediate enforceability; Stage III – obtaining the final DUŚ decision and delivering the final version of the concept for the variant indicated in that decision, in accordance with the scope of the concept. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations have been specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter referred to as PPU), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the PPU and in the annexes to the OPZ made available in the form of a link. NOTICE: In any place where a Polish Standard PN is indicated or quoted, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent standards, in accordance with art. 101.4 of the Pzp Act.
