Technical assistance for the Global Gateway initiative « Renewable Energy in Kpalimé » - This involves recruiting high-quality, cutting-edge expertise to support the operationalisation of the Global Gateway initiative « Renewable Energy in Kpalimé », which contributes to the energy transition and socio-economic development of Togo by strengthening national capacities for electricity production and storage. The specific objectives of the action are: OS1 - Increased, improved, and inclusive access for the population and productive sector of Togo to affordable, reliable, sustainable, and modern energy; OS2 - Increased productive, inclusive, and revenue-generating use of renewable energy in the Kpalimé area; OS3 - Improved governance and skills in the energy sector. This contract will specifically address the results of OS3, and in particular, strengthening governance in the sector and improving strategic and technical knowledge for new investments in the energy sector in Togo. The expertise will also play a key role in the overall coordination of the action and monitoring the infrastructure works planned as part of this same action.
