Bulgaria – Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads – „Извършване на строителство, основен ремонт, реконструкция, рехабилитация на пътна и улична мрежа, пътни съоръжения и елементи на техническата инфраструктура за нуждите на Община Ловеч“

The purpose of the public procurement is „Carrying out construction, major repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation of the road and street network, road facilities (bridges, culverts, pedestrian and vehicle underpasses and overpasses) and elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of the Municipality of Lovech“. The execution of the public procurement aims to improve the transport-operational characteristics of the streets in the settlements of the Municipality of Lovech and the municipal road network, increase the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, and enhance travel comfort. The contracting authority will provide the contractor with approved designs for execution and valid Building Permits. The category of the constructions will be from the third to the fifth category, according to art. 137, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act.
