Istekki Oy invites applications to participate in a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for information security service technology solutions. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments, especially in the attachment "Subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the validity of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. All candidates who meet the suitability requirements set for candidates are admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. There is no limit to the number of candidates admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. A candidate applies to the dynamic purchasing system by submitting an application to participate. Istekki Oy carries out procurements among the candidates admitted to the DPS with internal competitions, which may take place throughout the procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. If it wishes, Istekki Oy can shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a procurement notice about it. Istekki Oy can also increase the value of the procurement by publishing a procurement notice about it. The dynamic purchasing system is closed annually for the month of July after the establishment phase. In addition, Istekki Oy reserves the right to temporarily close the submission of applications to the dynamic purchasing system during its validity (e.g. holiday periods). During this time, no competitions are arranged within the dynamic purchasing system.
