The subject of the procurement is the modernisation of an F5 device cluster owned by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has an F5 device cluster consisting of i5800 and r5600 devices. As part of the procurement, the Contracting Authority requires the replacement of 2 units of i5800 devices by supplying new devices meeting the requirements set out in the Subject of Procurement Description (SOP), their configuration and integration into the existing cluster while maintaining the current functionalities. The delivery location for the subject of the procurement is the UKE Headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Giełdowa 7/9. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Subject of Procurement Description (SOP) and Annex 5 to the SWZ - Draft Contract. 3. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the procurement are not granted to it. 4. Procurement implementation deadline: within 6 weeks from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 15 December 2026.
