The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the service of taking over non-hazardous waste for further use from the subgroup listed below, by which the waste is classified according to the process in which it was generated, in accordance with the Regulation on Waste Management (Official Gazette 106/22, 138/24, 108/25). The type of waste that is the subject of the procurement was generated by the purchaser while performing waste management activities. The subgroup of the Waste Code (KBO) according to Annex X, Waste Catalogue from the Regulation on Waste Management: KBO 15 01 02 – plastic packaging.
