The contracting authority is tendering for the maintenance cleaning of properties in the large district town of Schramberg. The award of the services will be made in 6 lots (4 lots for maintenance cleaning, 2 lots for window cleaning). The contract is expected to commence on 11.01.2027 and will be fixed until 07.09.2029. The contract term will then be extended by one year each time, unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month. All terminations must be in writing. The contract term ends on 07.09.2031, without the need for separate termination. The following criteria with their respective weighting will be considered for the evaluation of tenders in the procurement procedure: - Number of execution hours 35% - Total price 35% - Concepts 30%
