Germany – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – TÜ Im Rosengarten

The Monheimer Wohnen GmbH plans to construct multi-family residential buildings, including underground car parks and outdoor facilities, in the centre of Monheim am Rhein. It is intended to develop the property (plot 192, 193, 197) with privately financed multi-storey residential buildings, including an underground car park, which will blend in with the surrounding buildings, and to create the associated outdoor facilities.
