Poland – Software package and information systems – „Cyfryzacja powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz podległych jednostek” – w zakresie systemów geodezyjnych

The subject of the contract is the delivery of supplies within the scope of the contract entitled: „Digitisation of the Bieruń-Lędziny County and subordinate units” – in the field of geodetic systems. The aim of the contract is to provide new and improve the maturity level of existing public e-services to the fifth maturity level, so as to facilitate and ease the execution of geodetic, construction, and environmental protection tasks for citizens, businesses, and other public administration bodies. As part of the contract, it is planned to expand (update) the existing software in the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management of the County Office in Bieruń with new system and integration modules, as well as purchase a software module that will increase the security level of the provision of existing and new public e-services. The newly purchased modules will also serve the Department of Construction and Architecture, the Department of Environment and Agriculture. As part of the acquisition and provision of data from the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management, it is planned to scan, calibrate, and digitise survey outlines, as well as scan, calibrate, and digitise classification maps. Additionally, the project envisages the enhancement of the digital competencies of employees related to the services provided, including public e-services.
